EVENT RENTAL PROCESS
Reservations are taken online using the Museum’s
. This will place a provisional reservation on the date, if it is available. The Museum will review each Application and notify prospective Renter of the status promptly.
Upon notice that their Application has been approved, Renter must sign and return this Event Rental Contract along with their security/damage deposit. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive the countersigned contract. Estimated rental fees are payable according to the Rental Fee Payment Schedule as described below.
After the rental is complete, final rental fees are determined from a review of actual hours of use, items and services used, and condition of the facility. Renter expressly understands and agrees that the actual final rental fees may be more than those originally estimated on the Venue Rental Application.
