MNCBA FallCon 2026 Program Book Advertising Application
Our collectible Program Books feature the unique artwork for each event, an introduction and welcome to the event by an MNCBA volunteer, as well as articles about some of our guests, community groups, and MNCBA initiatives.

A minimum of 1000 Program Books are printed and distributed for each event. Our exhibitors receive a Program Book with their other materials at check-in. Additionally, the PDF and image-format versions are linked/published by the MNCBA in our email Newsletter, on MNCBA social media, and on the MNCBA website.

Purchase of Program Book ad space also includes a half-sheet, single-sided, black-and-white flyer inside our free grab bags at that same event.

Don't delay! Advertising placements are limited. Applications for the MNCBA FallCon 2026 Program Book will be closed on 28 August 2026, or when all placements have been filled, whichever comes first. Your print-ready file is required to apply.

Interior half-page and full-page ad placements will be printed in greyscale/black-and-white in the physical Program Book, but will remain full-colour in digital/online versions.

Please upload your print-ready file. Minimum 300dpi in PDF, PNG, or TIF format. Must be all-ages appropriate and not created with the use of generative AI.

Final print version will be black-and-white/greyscale.

Please contact us directly or speak to a member of leadership at an event if you are interested in the full-colour ad placements inside the Program Book front cover and/or on the back cover. These placements are handled separately and may have a waitlist.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MNCBA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND MACHINE LEARNING (ML) POLICY
The MNCBA prohibits at its events the display and/or sale of all art, merchandise, and other works created using generative AI. This includes but is not limited to headshots, biographies, logos, banners, signs, advertisements (both images and text-based ad copy), and other marketing materials. The MNCBA AI policy can be read here.

By signing this agreement you agree to abide by the MNCBA's generative AI policy. You certify that generative AI has not been used in the creation of the work you intend to display/sell, nor has been used in the creation of any materials submitted to us.

You understand that the display/use of generative AI materials may result in removal without refund and/or being permanently banned from MNCBA events.

Submission of this form is not a guarantee that advertising space will be provided. All advertisements are subject to editorial review prior to acceptance and/or publication. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement or advertiser found not to be in alignment with MNCBA goals and/or policies, or determined to be a poor fit for our audience.

Applications that do not include your print-ready file cannot be considered.

If accepted, you will receive a PayPal invoice for your advertisement. You will have seven (7) days to complete payment. Failure to complete payment within seven (7) days may result in your space being offered to the next in line.
