By applying to the Mzone Academy, you acknowledge that your application is for admission into the Academy with the opportunity to be considered for inclusion in Mzone Training's roster of professional speakers, trainers, consultants, and facilitators. Successful completion of the program does not guarantee a contract, project assignments, employment, or membership in the Mzone Training talent pool. Any partnership or engagement shall be subject to a separate evaluation and the mutual agreement of both parties after the completion of the Academy.

Applicants who complete the program but are not offered, or who choose not to enter into, a formal partnership agreement with Mzone Training shall remain free to pursue opportunities with other organizations, training firms, or clients without restriction. Likewise, Mzone Training reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether to enter into a professional partnership based on organizational needs, performance, values alignment, and mutual fit.
