2026 MBE Membership Application

WELCOME TO THE MONTEREY BAY EQUESTRIANS!

2026 Membership Registration opens November 1st for Renewing and New Members and is on an annual basis from January 1st to December 31st.

New members joining anytime after November 1st, your membership will roll over to the 2026 calendar year and you can also enjoy any member only events for the remainder of the 2025 year.

Renewing members must renew your membership no later than January 31st to avoid a $15 late processing fee and be included in a special raffle prize drawing at the Presidents Ride in February. You do not need to be present to win.

We accept Credit Card, Paypal or Check for membership. If you decide you prefer to mail a check, print the membership application below to fill out and mail with your check. Otherwise continue to fill out this jotform membership application electronically. Membership is not valid until payment is received.
