Please review all product details carefully before submitting your order. The information collected through this form will only be used for order processing, fulfillment, and customer support. Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

𐙚PAYMENT METHODS:

𐙚ORDER PROCESS:

1. Submit your order through this form.
2. Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation and payment instructions will be sent via email within 24–48 hours. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
3. After payment has been verified, your order will be added to our production queue.
4. We will keep you updated throughout the production process if needed.
5. Once completed, your order will be packed and shipped, and tracking details will be sent to you via email.

If there is no payment received within 24 hours after confirmation email been sent, your order will be cancelled. Orders will only be placed to our production queue once full payment has been received.

𐙚PRODUCTION TIME:
As all items are made-to-order, production times may vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated turnaround times is 7-14 working days.

𐙚SHIPPING & DELIVERY: 
Orders are shipped via our partnered couriers nationwide and worldwide. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, and weather conditions.

- MyKartero: International orders are currently limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping rates vary depending on destination, package size, and courier availability. Please contact us first for a shipping quotation before placing an order.

𐙚RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once production has begun. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include clear photos of the concern.
