DAY 05- REGISTRATION FORM
Please take the time to fill out our registration form so that we have all the information we need to accomodate your child(ren). Please fill out a separate form for EACH CHILD that you would like to register for the workshop. Once submitted, our staff will be in touch to follow up and provide an invoice for the registration fee. Each workshop will have a MAX of 15 kids. Overflow dates may or may not be provided so we recommend getting registration forms in ASAP. Cost is $65/day -per child, plus tax and is due at the time of confirmation of this registration payable by e-transfer or cash/debit/credit IN STORE.
