Class Participation: Participation in the yoga class or session is voluntary, and you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being during the class. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you are encouraged to consult with your healthcare provider before attending class. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or special considerations prior to class. Liability Waiver: By registering for the class, you release and discharge the instructor(s) and the hosting studio from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising out of your participation. You acknowledge that yoga and physical activities carry inherent risks, and you agree to practice safely and within your limits. Transfers: If you are unable to attend the class after registering, you may transfer your registration to a friend or family member, provided they meet the class requirements. Notify us in advance if you wish to transfer your spot. Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for registration and communication related to this class or session.
