We'll begin with a soulful Vinyasa flow focused on heart-opening postures and breathwork, inviting spaciousness, gratitude, and lunar energy into the body. As we move toward stillness, you'll be guided into a 15-minute sound bath to rest, reset, and receive the calming vibrations of crystal bowls and deep stillness. Whether you're celebrating a season of growth or simply craving a moment of presence, this class is your invitation to glow from within. The perfect prelude to our Strawberry Moon City Stroll following the class!

Transfers: If you are unable to attend the class after registering, you may transfer your registration to a friend or family member, provided they meet the class requirements. Notify us in advance if you wish to transfer your spot.
