    Meeting the chapter minimum standards is important to fulfill your duties as a Mortar Board chapter. Additionally, meeting these standards on or before their deadlines is required for your chapter to be eligible for chapter awards. Please describe how your chapter accomplished the minimum standards required for Mortar Board. Please note Section 1.22 in the Mortar Board Bylaws outlines the minimum standards required of a chapter.

    As the Mortar Board National Office, we strive to provide opportunities for growth and leadership for collegiate chapters. This feedback is valuable for the Mortar Board National Office to valuate ways to improve our support.

  • With the addition of juniors to our eligibility, in 2024 there was a national name shift to "Mortar Board National College Honor Society" (removing Senior), and National Mortar Board updated its logos in late 2024. Do you need assistance/guidance in updating your branding?*

  • Section 10. Conference Information

    The Mortar Board National Leadership Conference is in-person this year, in Columbus, Ohio from September 25-27, 2026. With payment of the Chapter Annual Fee ($350), the registration for one student delegate is covered (includes registration, meals, and two nights in shared hotel room). Chapters may send additional students or advisors for an additional cost. Each chapter must send at least one collegiate delegate. More information can be found at mortarboard.org/conference.

    Mortar Board chapters work hard all year, and we want to recognize you for your efforts and accomplishments! We have a wide variety of awards; please consider nominating your chapter to celebrate your successes. All award applications are due May 15.
