Your story may be shared in an upcoming issue of The Radiographer
The Missouri Society of Radiologic Technologists, Board of Directors would like to celebrate those that go above and beyond and deserve recognition for the work that they do. Please fill in the information below and share your story. You may see it published in an upcoming issue of The Radiographer as well as on our Website and Facebook pages.

Guidelines:
- You do not need to be a member of the MoSRT to submit your story.
- You CANNOT reveal any details that could potentially identify a specific patient due to HIPPA regulations.
- The MoSRT does not guarantee that every submission will be published. Depending on the number of submissions received, it may be necessary for the Board of Directors to pick which entries will be published through the next several issues of The Radiographer.
- Should your entry be selected to be published, the MoSRT will contact you, to let you know which issue of The Radiographer your submission will be in.
