Weekly Football group for boys and girls

aged 5-12 years

This football coaching group is specifically for children aged 5–12 who are home educated.

The sessions provide young people the opportunity to make friends, stay active, and enjoy football in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Led by experienced coaches, these sessions are designed to be fun and accessible for players of all abilities. Whether a participant wants to build fitness, develop football skills, or create lasting friendships, there’s a space for all.

The coaching sessions are delivered by fully qualified football coaches from Motive8 Sports Coaching at an affordable cost.

Payment

Every attempt has been made to make the sessions as affordable as possible. The cost is £3 a session payable at the start of each session.
This football coaching group is for children aged 5–12 who are home educated and are registered with Norfolk County Council’s Services to Home Educated (SHE) register.
Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child's participation in this coaching course with Motive8 Sports Coaching.

My child will wear appropriate clothing and other protection such as a hat or sunscreen to suit the weather conditions.

I have completed the medical details above and consent that in an emergency any medical treatment necessary can be administered to my child, which would include anaesthetics.

I understand that while the coach(s) will take every reasonable precaution to ensure that accidents do not happen, they cannot be held responsible for any injury suffered to my child.

Motive8 Sports Coaching accepts no liability for loss or damage to property.

Photos/videos may be taken occasionally and used to promote Motive8 Sports Coaching, please advise us if you don't wish for your child to be in any photos/videos.
