I understand that the rates listed in this application are based on the information provided and the airline’s current rate structure at the time of submission. If the motorcycle’s actual dimensions, weight, configuration, or accessories (including luggage, panniers, windscreens, or other modifications) differ from the information submitted, the applicable rate may be adjusted accordingly.

Motorcycles with sidecars, trikes, or other non-standard configurations, as well as routings requiring multiple airline carriers, are not included in the listed rate structure and must be quoted separately prior to submitting the shipping application.

I also understand that Air Canada cargo rates are typically finalized within approximately two weeks of departure and may therefore be subject to adjustment when the airline confirms its final rate.

Airline cargo shipments operate on a space-available basis and remain subject to airline operational approval, cargo acceptance, and capacity.

Submission of this application does not guarantee airline cargo space. Shipment confirmation occurs once space has been approved by the airline.
