If your motorcycle has any modifications that will require special attention when securing your motorcycle for shipping provide a photograph and details. ** Rates are not valid for oversized cargo exceeding 125 x 96 inches. Sidecars, Trailers and Trikes will be rated separately. The maximum allowable dimensions for bikes is 300 cm Long x 145 cm Wide x 145 cm High - 118 inches Long x 57 inches Wide x 57 inches High.

I understand that once my final flights and rate are completely agreed upon and settled with Motorcycle Express Services, Inc. and myself, that I will receive an emailed contract requiring my signature to finalize processing. I also understand that no shipment will move forward without the additional electronic contract signed. Additonally, I do understand that Cargojet is on first available basis, so it is planned for a specific flight but if that cargo space is full it may be put on the next available flight.
