2026 Site Enrichment Grant
  • 2026 Site Enrichment Grant

  • MPSF is profoundly commited to enhancing, enriching, and expanding the educational experiences of our students. Our Spring Enrichment Grants serve as a conduit for MPS administrators to harness creativity, innovation, and educational vision in empowering our students.

We want you to dream big and articulate your needs with as few constraints as possible. Our total maximum budget for this full grant cycle is $30,000. Requests over $30,000 without a source of additional funding will not be considered; grant requests below $30,000 will allow opportunities for more sites to receive funding. The application will remain open until January 30, 2026, allowing ample time for thoughtful consideration and collaborative planning. Awards will be distributed no later than March 1, 2026.

MPSF stands ready to support you throughout this process. Should you require any assistance or have questions regarding the application, please do not hesitate to reach out to Lizzy Bozarth at lizzy@mooreschoolsfoundation.org.

We thank you for your commitment to students and can't wait to see what projects you propose.

    • Do not submit projects that would not be considered as best practices by the standards of the Moore Public Schools District.
    • Projects must contribute to student learning and/or enrichment.
    • Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to provide funding for Teacher Workshops or Teacher Development.

    Application Deadline and Submission

    • The 2026 Site Enrichment Grant applications will close on January 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
    • On January 30th, the application closes at 11:59 pm, and you will no longer be able to make changes to your grant.
    • Late submissions will not be accepted. If you have any technical issues, contact us on a weekday before the deadline. Plan ahead!
    • We will not accept applications via email.

    Applicant Eligibility

    • Each principal at your site can apply for one Site Enrichment Grant.
    • Principals are also able to name another staff member as a designee to apply for the grant on their behalf.
    • Other administrators such as curriculum coordinators are eligible to apply. If you have questions about eligibility, please reach out.

    Saving and Preparation

    • It may not be possible to provide you with a copy of your grant following submission, especially in the event of a submission error, so save your grant in a safe place for future reference.
    • We recommend that you begin your grant in Word, Google Docs, or something similar, to take advantage of tools like Spell Check. This also gives you the opportunity to review or reuse pieces of your grant in the future.

    Funding and Use of Funds

    • The 2026 Site Enrichment Grant recipients will be announced and funded by March 1, 2026
    • If your grant is funded, you will be notified by MPSF in person and via email.
At this time, your financial secretary will receive a check for the funded amount, and you can use your funds immediately.
    • The funds are distributed in March so that your project may be complete for the beginning of the following school year.
    • MPSF will not cover local shipping (you will need to arrange pick-up) or tax, since you should be making purchases through your school, which has a tax-exempt status.

    Scoring Process

    • It is important to keep in mind that we recruit a diverse group of community members and stakeholders to read and score grants.
    • Our scorers do not always have a background in education, so be sure if you are going to use acronyms or educational terminology, you explain what they mean.
    • Our scorers are sometimes not aware of district-wide initiatives like Leader In Me, so be sure to provide adequate context.

    Material Ownership and Accountability

    • The materials and programs must stay at the school that is awarded the grant.
    • You must complete a final report for MPSF. Upon receiving notification that you have been awarded an MPSF grant, you will receive the details for filing your final report. You will be required to provide a brief statement expressing the impact of these grant monies on your students, classroom, and/or curriculum, as well as pictures of the materials, programs, or experiences in use.

    Disqualification Policy

    • Failure to adhere to these policies and procedures may result in disqualification from this grant and from consideration in the future.
    • Not following the policies listed herein will disqualify you for consideration for funding this year.
    • Additionally, failure to complete the final report as stated above before the end of the 2026-2027 school year will disqualify you from MPSF grant funding during the following year’s cycle.
