CENTENARY NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS - ABOUT THE EVENT
The annual Motorcycling Queensland Awards Night is a celebration of Queensland's year in motorcycling.
The event recognises important achievements and contributions to the sport by Queensland’s outstanding riders, officials, coaches and clubs across all motorcycling disciplines, during the preceding 12 months.
The 2024 event will be held on Friday December 6, at the prestigious Brisbane City Hall.
Throughout the night, guests will enjoy canapes and light entertainment, as marquee categories such as Senior and Junior Achiever of the year, Club of the Year, Event of the year and Coach of the year are announced.
Motorcycling QLD currently licences 146 coaches, 805 officials and 4803 riders. We will permit 1000+ events and with over 50,000+ participants in MQ affiliated events across 2024.
The event holds even greater weight in this, the Centenary year of Motorcycling Queensland, which is why we chose an iconic landmark in the heart of Brisbane for the location.
Adjacent to King George Square, the heritage-listed venue was itself begun in the 1920s, and its sweeping marble staircases, vaulted ceilings, chandeliers and mosaic-tiled floor will point to the gravitas of the evening.
We’d very much like to have you along for this special night.
