A Structure Overlay (aka Builder Gel, BIAB) offers strength, and flexibility allowing your nails to grow to your desired length. Best retention is always over a healthy nail. Maintenance appointments are suggested between 3-4 weeks. The product is not fully removed but thinned enough to remove color and to re-structure the nail. Each appointment includes nail shaping/trimming, efile dry-manicure, base, builder, color/glitter polish accent, and topcoat (shiny or matte). Art is an additional charge.

POLICIES
1) Clients are required to secure their appointment with a credit card. The card is stored securely in the booking system.
2) No additional friends/family/children will be allowed to enter the studio during your appointment. Children may not be left unattended in the waiting area.
3) Guests must be 15 years or older to receive a service.
Cancellations A 48-hour notice is most appreciated. Please cancel not later than 24 hours (from the scheduled appointment time) to avoid a charge. Less than that you will be charged 100% of the service. These charges will be made to your card on file unless another form of payment has been arranged.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. The client will not be allowed to book future appointments.
Tardiness There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled. The service cost will be charged to the card on file unless another form of payment has been arranged.
Illness Please do not show up to your appointment with a fever, active cough, sore throat, or runny nose. You will be asked to leave and charged for the appointment.
Services Each service lists a description, add-on, and the amount of time that is needed for that service. You will be responsible for paying for the service you booked.
Day-of-service downgrades are not allowed. Service downgrades must be made 48 hours before the appointment.
Appointment Confirmation You will be texted/emailed an appointment confirmation 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment. Not confirming is not the same as canceling.
If you choose to take a break for 2 or more months: You’ll be required to fill out the New Client Form that adds you back onto this list.
