    Syarat & Ketentuan:

    • Metode pembayaran: BCA bank transfer / QRIS. Invoice akan dikirim dalam 1x24 jam setelah mengisi form.
    • Barang yang belum dibayar 1x24 jam setelah invoice dikirim lewat email akan dilepas bookingnya - mohon konfirmasi order kembali jika ingin lanjut membayar.
    • Mohon siapkan rekaman unboxing video untuk claim kerusakan produk.
    • Mohon mengecek kembali spesifikasi produk & contoh foto produk sebelum memesan, silakan hubungi jika butuh konfirmasi lebih lanjut. Tidak menerima ajuan refund kecuali kesalahan cacat produk atau packing order.
    • Item dengan tanda * berarti termasuk Preorder (PO) - tidak ada ready stock. Akan butuh waktu lebih lama untuk pengiriman karena perlu dicetak dulu. Butuh waktu 1-3 minggu untuk cetak dan pengiriman. Jika ingin memesan untuk pickup order event, akan dikonfirmasi lebih lanjut jika jadwal memungkinkan.

    Untuk Pick up order event - CLOSED UNTUK CF:

    • Comifuro 22 hanya PICK UP ORDER dengan pembayaran full di awal. Tidak ada ready stock untuk dibeli di acara.
    • Pickup order tutup 3 Mei.
    • Pickup akan ada di booth Neko Fingerprint booth K-18, buka di kedua hari.
    • Mohon menyebutkan nama artist DEVONAZURE dan # nomor kode di email saat mengambil untuk menghindari kesalahan barang.

    Untuk Pengiriman:

    • Pengiriman lewat JNE REG.
    • Form hanya untuk pengiriman dalam negeri Indonesia.
    • Tidak menerima GoSend Instant/Same Day atau pengiriman instan sejenisnya.
    • Item ready stock akan dikirim dalam 1 minggu setelah pembayaran.
