    **Responsibilities:**

    1. **Customer Service Excellence:** Create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, making them feel like a VIP. Provide personalized assistance, sizing recommendations, and expert advice on dancewear products.

     

    2. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our dancewear product range, including skin tone-matching attire, ballet attire, and performing arts wear. Stay updated on industry trends to assist customers effectively.

     

    3. **Sales and Upselling:** Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, showcasing new arrivals, and suggesting complementary products. Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer's overall shopping experience.

     

    4. **Store Operations:** Assist with day-to-day store operations, including maintaining visual merchandising standards, restocking inventory, and processing transactions accurately.

     

    5. **Inclusivity Advocacy:** Embrace and communicate Ms. Ro's commitment to inclusivity and diversity. Ensure that all customers, regardless of background, feel welcomed and represented in our store.

     

    **Qualifications:**

    1. Previous experience in retail or customer service, with a passion for dancewear and the performing arts is preferred.

    2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with customers on a personal level.

    3. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for helping others.

    4. Availability for part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.

    5. Basic computer skills for handling point-of-sale transactions.

    6. social media skills are helpful, not mandatory.

     

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    1. A dance/performing arts background or familiarity with dancewear is highly desirable.

    2. Experience working in a retail environment, especially in a customer-facing role.
