Permission To Fly is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower, inspire, and mentor women and girls with rare/visible medical conditions through the performing arts, education, and advocacy.

Please read the instructions below and complete the form. The Vendor fee is $65.00 plus a door prize.

Vendor fees do not include access to food served at the event. It can be purchased at a discounted rate. If applicable.

Payment: Applications and payments must be received 5 days before the event.

ONLY ONE (1) BUSINESS/BRAND PER VENDOR TABLE IS ALLOWED. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval for any vendor. You will receive an email with the status of your application within 2-3 business days. If approved, the email will include a link that can be used to submit your payment via credit/debit card. Please be advised that no vendor spaces are held or guaranteed until payment is received.

Terms and Conditions: Standard set-up --Vendors will provide their own 6ft table. Vendors will need to bring all covering and set up materials. *Limited power supply may be available on first come basis.

License, Permits & Compliance: Permission To Fly Inc., reserves the right to accept or deny applicants based on compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, event policies and regulations concerning their products, presentations, and conduct during the event. Non-compliance will result in penalties and/or booth closure. Permission To Fly Inc., The Event Location, Staff, and Crew assume no liability. Information will be made available regarding set-up times for each event. No yard sale or flea market items are allowed. All outdoor events are rain or shine. No refunds.
