  • A member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A member who wishes may appoint the Chairman of the AGM (Chairman of the Board of Elders, Elder Kelvin Teo) as his/her proxy. 

    Members who wish to vote via proxy at the AGM shall submit a completed Proxy Voting Form not later than Friday, 29 May, 0900hours before the AGM (“Proxy Deadline”).

    有权出席会友大会并投票的会友，可委托其指定的代理人代其出席并投票。 会友若愿意，也可以委托会友大会的主席（长老会主席张永发长老）为其代理人。 此项程序需通过向教会提交一份代理委托书（“代理投票表格”）来完成。

    有意在会友大会上透过代理委托书投票的会友，须在5月29日，上午9点，会友大会召开之前 （“代理投票截止日期”）提交填妥的代理委托书。

  • As a member of Mount Carmel BP Church Limited (the “Church”) I appoint, a member of the Church, failing him or if no person is named, the Chairman of the Meeting as my Proxy to vote for me on my behalf at the Annual General Meeting on 31 May 2026 at 9.00 a.m. (the “Meeting”) as indicated below.
