Terms & Conditions of Enrolment – Masquerade Talent Studios Pty Ltd

1 Authorisation for Medical Attention: I consent to the Management of Masquerade Talent Studios Pty Ltd, where it is impracticable to communicate with me to seek medical attention that may be deemed necessary. I accept all expenses incurred.

2. Media Release I consent to my child appearing in images and recordings of class activities, rehearsals, performances, and promotional material to be used by Masquerade Talent Studio Pty Ltd.

3. Fee Accounts – Payment of Fees:

I understand that the enrolment fee (annual) is as scheduled per student.
I understand that all fees and levies are Non-Refundable, Non Transferrable.
Payment will only be accepted via EFT, Credit Card, Cash, or Internet transfer. Cheques will not be accepted. I understand that a 10% early payment discount applies only where indicated.
I understand that my child may be refused from classes if fees are not paid when due.
I understand and agree to pay all Fees etc in full when due, as listed above. (Note: payment plans are available by prior arrangement)

4. Exclusion: Masquerade Talent Studios Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude any student temporarily or permanently, in the interest of the student, studio community, or our organisation. This right extends to non-payment of fees, continued absence, and breaching any of the Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

5. Intellectual Property: I hereby acknowledge that all creative content including choreography, costumes, themes, and concepts for performances (unless licensed to a 3^rd party for rights & royalties ) created at Masquerade Talent Studios Pty Ltd remain the property of Masquerade Talent Studios Pty Ltd and may not be used without written permission of Studio Directors

6. Personal Property: Masquerade Talent Studios Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any personal property left or stored on the premises.

7. Code of Conduct:

• I understand that any form of bullying will not be tolerated.
• I understand I am not to contact Educators of the studio personally via SMS, telephone, social media, or email regarding any studio matters. All correspondence is to be directed via studio reception
• I understand any concerns/issues/complaints will be forwarded in writing via email to office@mtstudios.com.au or meet directly with Studio Directors
• I understand Masquerade Talent Studios Pty Ltd Staff have trained in and have adopted the child safe policy and are committed to upholding the policies outlined in the current legislation.

8. I have read and acknowledged the availability of my child for all scheduled events as listed in the *2021 calendar of events where applicable.  *maybe subject to change

9. I understand and accept that my child may be excluded from particular scenes/dances/performances due to continued absence.

10. I understand and have read the 2021 MTS Information for the relevant program, including, Calendar of Events, Timetable, Fee Structure & Enrolment Terms & Conditions where applicable.

Easy as 1,2,3 ...

1st week performers can be a bit nervous and you hope they have a good time.

2nd week they start to feel comfortable and you become familiar with our faces :)

3rd week they skip in to really enjoy the class and make their decision...and you are relieved they are ready to commit to something!

For $60 plus $40 Studio Administration fee, our Musical Theatre Program offers 3 consecutive classes for new performers 
(this payment is then deducted from the remainder of the term fee.)

Term 1 course commences from Wednesday 2nd February in line with government school terms until Term 4 and we close November 27th.
