1. Allergen & Cross‑Contamination Notice
Our menu may contain common allergens—gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, etc. While we take care in preparation, our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination may occur. Please contact us with any allergy concerns.

2. Food Temperature & Hold Time Advisory
Gumbo, cakes, and tea cakes are prepared fresh. To maintain optimal temperature and quality, consume within 2 hours of pickup/delivery or refrigerate immediately.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders must be placed by 7:00 AM the day of. Cancellations or changes are permitted up to that time. No refunds or modifications accepted after the cutoff.

4. Delivery Terms
Delivery is available for orders of $40 or more, within a 15‑mile radius, and limited to 5 deliveries per day. Please verify your address falls within our delivery zone.

5. Pre‑Payment Requirement
All orders must be paid in full in advance via PayPal System to be confirmed. Orders are not reserved until payment has been received.

6. Liability & Quality Disclaimer
While we strive for high quality, Fun Edible Delicacies (FED) does not guarantee exact appearance, flavor, or ingredient consistency. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you assume all risks related to food quality, delivery, preparation, and handling.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, missing payments, misrepresentation).
