    Senior Camp is June 8-13

    The Registration Fee for Senior Camp is $150. 

    Register between April 15th and May 15th and receive $10 OFF the registration fee.

    If registering a group, the entire group registration cost must be paid in full by the end of the Early Bird period to qualify. If mailing a check for your group, you will need to have it in the mail by June 16th to qualify for the discount.

  • By signing this form, I, the undersigned, do give my permission for the camp director, medical staff, camp staff, adult present or in charge of first aid, or church official responsible for transporting my child to and from camp to provide medical treatment in the case of sickness or injury to my child, while on the campgrounds or in route to and from the campgrounds.  

    I have listed any and all activities in which I prefer my child not to participate on this form in the allotted space above.  Camp Mulberry is staffed with a Licensed Registered Nurse.  If the staff at Camp Mulberry, see that my child needs medical attention that the camp health professional cannot give, the emergency contact listed above will be notified and my child will be taken to a nearby hospital.  Camp Mulberry is not responsible for any injury my child may experience while he/she is on campus.

    I, the undersigned, will be responsible for all medical treatment and/or medications that may be necessary, beginning Sunday prior to the first day of camp and continuing until the Sunday after the last day of camp. The Associated Brotherhood of Christians, Camp Mulberry, or any of its officials or staff will not pay for or be responsible to pay for any medical treatments or medications.  All responsibility will lie with the parent, legal guardian, or adult that signs this document.  I acknowledge that I have completely understood this release statement and all its terms and by checking the box below, I consent to the use of this e-signature and understand that by e-signing I am legally bound to the terms of this document.

  • DAY CAMP INFORMATION

  • WHO CAN COME

    • Day Camp age limit is 3-7 years
    • No unregistered campers/adults will be allowed on campgrounds or the dorms, day or night (except at service time) without the permission of the Camp Director.

     

    ARRIVAL

    • Check-in will be the Saturday prior to the start of Day Camp from 2-4 pm. All fees must be paid by the end of the day.
    • Day Camp will be from 9am-12pm Sunday - Tuesday.

     

    FOOD/LODGING

    • There will be lunch served each day.
    • If a camper has any allergies (i.e. food allergies), the details of the allergy must be specified in the application process and communicated to the responsible Student Pastor/Pastor so that all necessary precautions can be taken for the safety of the student.

     

    DRESS CODE

    • Day campers should dress comfortably for indoor and outdoor activities.
    • If there will be water activies, notice will be given for parents to provide proper water activity clothing.

     

  • JR. CAMP RULES

  • WHO CAN COME

    • Jr. Camp age limit is 8-11 years 
    • No unregistered campers/adults will be allowed on campgrounds or the dorms, day or night (except at service time) without the permission of the Camp Director.
    • All campers must have the approval of their youth pastor/pastor to attend.

     

    ARRIVAL

    • Check-in will be Saturday prior to Jr. Camp from 2-4 pm. All fees must be paid by the end of the day.
    • Once a camper arrives on the campgrounds for camp, he or she will not be allowed off campus without the permission of the Camp Director.
    • Jr. Camp officially ends Tuesday night. All local campers are allowed to stay Tuesday night as long as they understand that all camp rules still apply. If anyone leaves the grounds on Tuesday night, they will NOT be allowed to return.

     

    FOOD/LODGING

    • There will be three meals a day served Sunday through Tuesday.
    • Upon arrival on check-in day, there will be a light meal available at no charge for the campers.
    • For those leaving on Wednesday, there will be a light breakfast provided.
    • The concession stand will be open during the day between meals and after each evening service.
    • Each camper is responsible for his or her money, as well as all other personal items.
    • No outside food or drink may be brought onto the campgrounds Sunday through Tuesday.
    • No food is allowed in the dorms unless approved by dorm supervisors.
    • If a camper has any allergies (i.e. food allergies), the details of the allergy must be specified in the application process and communicated to the responsible Student Pastor/Pastor so that all necessary precautions can be taken for the safety of the student.

     

    DOʼS & DONʼTS

    • Cell phones will be allowed, but not during service times or between the hours of 10:00 pm. and 7:00 am.
    • Cameras/camera phones are not allowed in dorms. No pictures will be taken that are deemed indecent or without permission of the subject being photographed. Phones that are used in any other way will be confiscated.
    • All medication (prescription & over the counter) must be noted on the registration form and submitted to the medical staff upon arrival at camp. Any medication not submitted to the medical staff will be confiscated.
    • Campers are not permitted to participate in any public displays of affection towards one another (kissing, hugging, excessive touching, etc.).
    • Campers are expected to conduct themselves in a moral nature. No foul language, fighting, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will be permitted. 
    • Musical instruments are to be used ONLY by their owners or the person(s) designated by their owners during allowable times only.
    • Stealing or harming any other person or property may result in dismissal from camp and/or may prevent registration the following year.
    • For the safety of all of our campers, sneaking out of dorms will not be tolerated and will result in dismissal from camp.

     

    DON’T BRING:

    • Tobacco Products (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, etc.)
    • Alcohol/Illegal drugs/substances
    • Lighters/Matches/Fireworks
    • Firearms/Knives/Ammunition
    • Secular Literature/Pictures/Symbols

     

    DO BRING:

    • A Bible
    • Personal bed linen (twin/full size sheet(s), blankets/sleeping bag, pillow, etc.).
    • Toiletry items
    • Spending money for concession stand food
    • Enough casual recreation clothes for 5-6 days
    • Enough casual dress (at least) clothes for evening services

    NOTE: The camp will not furnish any bed linen or bath towels.

    • Advertises alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs
    • Explicitly or implicitly promotes racism, sexism, or hatred of any group or person
    • Explicitly or implicitly refers to sexual actions or situations
    • Is sleeveless or has holes that show an excessive amount of skin
    • Is excessively short or tight fitting

     

    While at camp, we ask that campers and adults:

    • Wear clothes that are modest and representative of their gender
    • Wear modest, knee length shorts for both guys and girls during the day. **
    • Do not dress in a way that calls attention to their underwear (sagging your pants, rolling down your waistbands, etc.)
    • Wear a dark t-shirt when they participate in messy games or water games.
    • Refrain from wearing jewelry or excessive makeup

    **shorts will not be permitted during evening service

    DISCLAIMER: IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE CAMPERS AND STAFF, ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. ANYTHING FOUND THAT IS NOT ALLOWED WILL BE CONFISCATED.

  • I, the undersigned, have read the above stated rules with my child and my child and I agree to comply with all rules of Camp Mulberry and the Associated Brotherhood of Christians while on the Campgrounds.

    I understand Camp Mulberry strives to offer fun, safe, and challenging activities that engage the whole person – body, mind, and soul.  All students are encouraged, but not required, to participate in these activities.  Some exercises and activities involve strenuous play and exercise.  Activities include, but are not limited to the following: basketball, volleyball, football, softball, relay races, slip and slide, paint ball, etc.  The camp staff as a team are committed to my child’s rewarding experience with safety as their highest priority.  I understand that my child may be photographed or videotaped during normal camp activities and these photos/videos may be used in promotional materials. 

    I am aware of the risks associated with participation in the above mentioned camp.  I hereby release the Associated Brotherhood of Christians, Camp Mulberry, and its staff exempt from any liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death arising out of the use of Camp Mulberry’s recreational facilities, both natural and man-made. I will not hold Camp Mulberry responsible for any damage to or loss of my personal property.  I assume financial responsibility for any damage to the Camp Mulberry facility or property that I may cause.  I acknowledge that I have completely understood this document and all its terms and by checking the box below, I consent to the use of this e-signature and understand that by e-signing I am legally bound to the terms of this document.
