    Everything works as it should but the furniture may be dated and it may be equipped to a functional standard. There may be air conditioning in the lounge, but not in the bedrooms. Its clean and comfortable but not many mod cons. It must have portable sun loungers for the pool and sufficient equipment, seating etc for the amount of people it can accommodate.

     

    Standard

    Most properties will fall into this category. Everything works as it should, if it does not have aircon throughout it will have good quality bedroom fans and will bearable in the summer months. There will be outdoor furniture and portable loungers. There will be a modern TV, dishwasher, washing machine and the furnishing will be of a good standard.

     

    Luxury

    As above, but air conditioning is essential throughout, high quality linen and towels, modern furnishing, high quality outdoor lounging furniture. Refurbished kitchen and / or bathroom. You must also be engaged with one of our Preferred Partners for keyholding and property management, so we can ensure a highly responsive and attentive service.In Hacienda Riquelme, Las Terrazas, La Torre Golf and El Valle, we provide the full service. 

  • Keyholding & Property Management

    In the resorts of La Torre Golf, Hacienda Golf, Las Terrazas, and El Valle Golf, we provide the full property management service including a full time housekeeping team, in-house laundry, hotel quality linen supply, full time maintenence team, and even tax submission service. In other areas, we may not be able to give the 5 star service that we strive for, so we will recommend you to a Parter company.

    However, if you already have a capable keyholder or property manager that you are happy with, we can normally engage with them and there is no need to change.  However, we must insist that they are able to comply with our standards:-

    • Check out 11am
      Check in 3pm
      Same day check is possible
      Able to provide assistance promptly, 7 days per week
      Must maintain a pleasant and welcoming attitude towards our mutual guests.
      Must be legally registered in Spain and paying IVA. 
      Must provide IVA Invoices for anything we pay for i.e. damaged or replaced items
      Must Provide IVA Invoices for cleans. 
  • IMPORTANT- LICENSE

    In 2018, the Murcia Government has made it a legal requirement for every property offered for rent to have a Tourist License.   We will apply for a license on your behalf and handle the inspection and display of the license number on adverts etc. under our umbrella.  There is NO CHARGE. 

  • Mid Term Letting

    We have an excellent market here for Mid Term lets, of between 1 and 6 months in winter. The monthly rate paid is inclusive of utilities, and pays the owner the equivalent to one week at the highest seasonal rate, plus cleaning. So for example a 2 bedroom apartment on La Torre would pay €550 for a month. These guests are normally Scandinavian, older retired people, and are exceptionally respectful and pleasant!

     

    Long Term Letting

    Some of our owners are interested in long term rentals, which covers 6 months + but you must be prepared for the guest to book up to 12 months at a time.  The pricing is the same as above, paying the same for a month on long term as a week in the highest season.  

  • Promotional Rates

    From time to time, we stimulate the market with promotions through various platforms like Facebook and Instagram as well as the channels we partner with. The standard promotional discount is 10% off the accommodation cost. Please indicate below if we are authorised to include your property in such promotions. Alternatively you can specify a higher or lower discount. 

  • Payments.

    We will pay you each Tuesday any money that we owe you. The trigger for payments is "Check out". So if your guest checks out on Monday, you get paid Tuesday.  This will be paid into your EURO account.  If you do not have a Euro account or you want to keep things seperated, we recommend Wise. Wise is a bank with both UK and EU bank account numbers, so you can seamlessly transfer between currencies and countries.  Its instant sign up and very easy.
