  • The Warriors Performance Academy, a partnership between MSC and Warragul Warriors, offers a tailored strength and conditioning program focusing on building a strong foundation in training fundamentals for lasting athletic success.

    Developing key movement patterns early—such as squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, core strength, and plyometrics—improves strength, mobility, and coordination, laying the groundwork for advanced performance and reduced injury risks.

    Myers Sports Coaching (MSC) specializes in elevating athletic performance by enhancing strength, speed, and power while reducing injury risks. With evidence-based training, MSC helps athletes stay consistent and disciplined to achieve long-term results.

    Payment Requirements: A $239.99 payment for the full 8-WEEK block must be made upfront at the first session, either by cash, card (Card payments incur a 1.5% service fee surcharge) or other payment option can be arranged.

    Session Requirements: Should you have an injury or any change to your health or medical condition, you must notify your coach prior to any further coaching, and a new pre-exercise screening form may need to be completed. Please bring a towel, water bottle, and appropriate clothing to each session.
