PAYMENT: Once your application has been processed and approved you will receive a credit card payment link. Payment must be made within 72 hours of receiving the payment link.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: Reservations are not complete or confirmed until the space has been paid in full. After payment has been received, Kidsville Honey Bunny Festival will send a confirmation email with details about your reservation.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL: This is a rain or shine event. If the event is canceled due to weather prior to 2 hours after the start of the event, Kidsville Honey Bunny Festival will refund the Vendor in full.
LIABILITY: Vendor certifies it holds adequate liability insurance to cover any occurrences resulting in damage or injury. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park, Nashville Metropolitan Government, their employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, and judgments, including all cost of attorney fees.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Volunteers will be on site to help you find your space. However, you are responsible for set up and tear down of your space. Each vendor is responsible for their own property and is to provide their own 10' x 10' tent, table, and chairs.
