I agree to follow the event's rules and certify that I am fully and physically fit and appropriately trained to complete the race, as well as that I fully understand this Waiver of Liability.

I realize that participating in this event carries a genuine risk of serious injury or even death due to a variety of factors such as falls, overexertion, dehydration, contact with other competitors, spectators, road users, the effect of weather, and road conditions.

I voluntarily accept all risks involved with my participation in the event or any related activity. In consideration of and as a condition of accepting this registration on behalf of myself, my executor, administrators, heirs, and next of kin, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organizers, sponsors, promoters, agents, or servants from any and all claims, actions, or damages arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event.
