Admin Team Application

We're looking for passionate, motivated self-starters to join the MUTUALS & CO. Admin Team! Admins are a part of MUTUALS & CO headquarters and work together in advancing the mission of MUTUALS & CO. This role will serve as the backbone of MUTUALS & CO and assist all other teams in their tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as part of the leadership team that sets priorities, establishes policies, develops budgets, and sets long-range strategic goals for organization
• Participates in the planning, coordination and execution of all MUTUALS & CO events
• Develop strategic partnerships and pitch event opportunities to brands, businesses, organizations, media outlets, communities, and colleges

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must reside in Florida, with a preference for those based in Orlando and Tampa; as our headquarters are based in Central Florida.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from events
• Proficient with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
• Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Knowledge and passion for social media, K-pop and K-entertainment
• Ability to work some weekends as required for events

PLUSES:

• Prior hospitality, event planning, or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field (in progress or complete)

Events Team Application

We're looking for hardworking, organized self-starters to join the MUTUALS & CO. Events Team! This role will be responsible for all aspects of event production from planning to execution. Event Assistants will work in collaboration with our Admin Team on a variety of tasks including scouting venues, vendor sourcing, day-of event assistance and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in producing virtual and/or in-person programming with local partners, organizations and universities
• Maintain database of previous/potential venues, partners and sponsors in your market
• Build relationships and pitch event opportunities to local brands, businesses, organizations, media outlets, communities and colleges
• Assist in preparing and coordinating all logistical aspects of events/projects
• Set up and breakdown of event based on internal guidelines
• Manage merchandise, decoration and equipment inventory count and logistics at/to/from each event location
• Provide on-site coverage for MUTUALS & CO events in your market

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must reside in one of the following Florida metropolitan areas (Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Gainesville)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from events in your market
• Proficient with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
• Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously
• Ability to work some weekends as required for events

Content Team Application

We're looking for community-minded, creative self-starters to join the MUTUALS & CO. Content Team! Ideal team members will have up-to-date knowledge of current trends in effective marketing, social media, and online communication.

This role will be responsible for creating content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, and cultivating a global online identity. Content team members will work in collaboration with our admin team and design teams on a variety of tasks including social media assets, event coverage and marketing initiatives to provide our audience with an immersive brand experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in building, streamlining, and managing branded social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Develop relevant, original, high-quality content to best engage with target audiences, build awareness, convert and retain followers
• Identify key moments that serve as tentpole opportunities to drive engagement with online communities
• Present and activate interactive fan programs such as contests, greening initiatives, polls, and surveys
• Monitor and analyze social media trends on social media sites
• Assist in coordinating and contributing to marketing meetings with internal social media and marketing teams to establish content ideas, brainstorm strategies, conceptualze campaigns, and plan content for content/editorial calendars
• Assist with data entry, audience trends on social media, and the research, development, and management of database creation involving media, cleints, competitors, and target markets
• Provide on-site coverage for events, local concerts, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of video editing and Canva
• Deep understanding of multiple platforms with a keen focus on vertical video including TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Passion for social media, K-pop, and fandom/pop culture
• Must have reliable transportation to and from events in your market
• Motivated, hardworking, and interested in start-up culture
• Ability to work some weekends as required for events

PLUSES:

• Prior experience in social media management/monitoring tools such as: HootSuite, Later and Sprinklr
• Experience with still photography, editing, and post production (editing, coloring, titles, graphics, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)

Design Team Application

We're looking for a creative, innovative individuals to join our Design Team! Ideal team members will have up-to-date knowledge of current trends in effective marketing, online communication, and new media to interpret our brand's needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. They will be responsible for assisting in the fulfillment of MUTUALS & CO'S creative and design goals.

This role will work in collaboration with our admin and social media teams on a variety of tasks, including event flyers, social media graphics, and marketing collateral to provide our audience with an immersive brand experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about K-pop and have a keen eye for detail, design, typography, and visual branding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in designing print, display, social, and animated assets
• Assist in the creation of logos, key art, style guides, and digital/print media
• Assist in cultivating innovative social media graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and more
• Assist in choosing effective social media marketing components and devise effective visual strategies to promote marketing campaigns
• Maintain keen, up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), their respective digital media requirements, and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

• A general knowledge of k-pop, fandoms and pop culture
• 1+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in music/events/pop culture spaces
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Abilitiy to demonstrate creativity and generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas
• Exceptional eye for composition, contrast, and color, with a proven possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, originality, and innovation

PLUSES:

• Experience/background in marketing and social media
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe After Affects and Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with various CMS platforms (i.e. WordPress, Squarespace, Elementor, etc.)
