The purpose of this survey is to improve the educational experience of all our families. We invite collaboration and discussion with each family. If you would like to complete this survey anonymously, the only required field below is grade level.
In each of the following sections, please rate your experience at MVCS. Please use the comment box at the end of each section to expand upon your responses. If a question doesn't apply to your child's situation, please leave the response blank.

Some of the questions are not applicable (N/A) due to the current pandemic. You are welcome to rate them based upon past experiences, but we understand that a number of them will be left unanswered.
