Cancer is not just a disease of the body; it affects patients’ emotions, relationships and their ability to live and work.

Funds raised from the 2019 Stomp Out Cancer Telethon will support the purchase of a new, state of the art Linear Accelerator for the F.E. Romano Family Radiation Oncology Department at the Cancer Center at Mohawk Valley Health System. Linear Accelerators deliver radiation to patients with cancer. This vital and critical piece of equipment will allow our team to treat patients with greater precision, remain current as trends are evolving to include fewer treatments and help keep patients closer to home for care.
