AmeriFest LLC At Large Title Application Agreement
By signing this entry form, I acknowledge that I am currently participating in the interview process for an At Large title with AmeriFest LLC. I understand and agree to the following:
- Application Fees: All fees submitted with this application are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be forwarded to another event or individual.
- Option for Ohio Residents: If I reside near the state of Ohio, I understand that I may choose to accept my At Large crown and sash at the Ohio state pageant.
- National Pageant Requirement: By accepting an At Large title, I agree to compete at the AmeriFest National Pageant held in July of 2026 (date TBD) in Cherokee, NC. If I am unable to participate, I will return my crown and sash via mail within 2 weeks of my decision. No refunds will be issued.
- Eligibility Restrictions: I understand that if I reside in a state with an official state pageant, I am not eligible for an At Large title unless granted an exception by the At Large Director due to specific circumstances that prevent my participation at the state event. AmeriFest LLC and/or Layne Productions, LLC has the right to refuse an application for a potential contestant.
- Code of Conduct: I agree to conduct myself and ensure my family members represent me respectfully in public and on social media. Misrepresentation or inappropriate behavior may result in the loss of my title, prizes, and eligibility to participate in future AmeriFest events.
- Age Verification: If age is questioned at the pageant, I must provide a legal, certified copy of age verification (e.g., birth certificate). Misrepresentation of age or accepting gifts under false pretenses may be considered theft by deception and could jeopardize my title.
- Judges’ Decisions: All judges’ decisions are final and will not be disputed under any circumstances.
