    Authority is hereby given to the Treasurer/Cashier/Disbursing Officer/Paymaster of AMPI & CAMPE to make deductions (per payday) of the installment, due under this note on my salary from Allegro Microsystems Philippines, Inc., until this loan plus interest/fines are fully paid in addition to my regular savings.

    I understand & agree that in the event of my default in the payment of any installment under this note and all interest due thereon, or in the case of separation from the employment of Allegro Microsystems Phils., Inc. the entire unpaid balance under this note shall become due and payable immediately for which I hereby authorize Cooperative of Allegro Microsystems Phils. Employees to apply as my payment whatever unpaid salaries and separation benefits that may due me from Allegro Microsystems Philippines, Inc.

    5.  P30 processing fee
    6.  Loanable amount options:       P15K,  P20K
    7.  Interest of  2%  multiplied by months to pay                                             
    8.  Terms of payment options:    2, 3, 4, 5  months                           
    9.  Should have paid at least 50% of the UFL to re-apply
    10. Payment method is remittance thru payroll deduction

  • Tips kung paano magpaliit ng filesize ng photo:

    Option1. Gamit ang inyong mobile phone, kuhaan ang AMPI ID card sa malayo (mga 1-metro). Pagkatapos ay i-edit at i-crop ang gilid ng picture para matira na lamang ang photocopy ng ID card, saka i-save. Liliit po ang filesize nito. Siguraduhin lamang na malinaw ang pagkakuha ninyo.  

    Option2. Maaaring mag-download at gamitin ang mga free apps sa Google Playstore na nagpapa-downsize ng filesize.

    Ang CAMPE staff ay magba-validate ng inyong record. Aabisuhan ang miyembro kung ang loan applied ay approved, downgraded or disapproved, sa pamamagitan ng inyong ibinigay na email address. Kaya mahalagang maibigay ng tama ang inyong mga contact details para inyong ma-monitor.

    Ang maling upload ng document/s or entry/s ay automatically DISAPPROVED ng system. Kaya suriin mabuti ang lahat ng sagot at upload bago mag-SUBMIT.

     

    Paano po namin matatanggap ang aming loan remittance?

    Ito po ay ipadadala at iki-credit sa inyong BDO account. Ito po ay nangyayari ng Martes or Miyerkules.

    *Ang NET PROCEED ay ang actual amount na inyong matatanggap at maki-credit sa BDO account. Maaaring mas mababa ito sa LOAN for APPROVAL amount kung kayo ay may existing loan pa, dahil kailangan ibawas (offset) iyon sa bagong loan upang kayo ay ma-approve, gayon din ang Service Fee na P30.00.

    NET PROCEED = (Applied Loan Amount) - (Service Fee) - (Previous Loan Balance ; if applicable)

     

    *Ang LOAN for APPROVAL ay ang na-submit na Loan Amount plus interest na ibabawas sa inyong sweldo sa bawat cut-off base sa bilang ng buwan na inyong napili.

    LOAN for APPROVAL = (Applied Loan Amount) + (Computed Interest)

    * Notification if approved or reject ay hanggang Miyerkoles ng sumunod na linggo.

    * Release date kung approved ay hanggang Miyerkules.
