Reservation & Cancellation Terms
🛳️ Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: Your reservation fee is non-refundable and is not included in the total cruise cost.
🚢 First Payment Policy: If you cancel before paying the full deposit, your first payment per person is non-refundable. Any remaining applicable funds will be refunded.
❌ Cancellation After Full Deposit: Regardless of travel insurance, cancellations made after the deposit is received will incur a $50 per person cancellation fee, deducted from the expected refund amount.
⚠️ Missed Payment Deadlines: If payments are not made by the specified deadlines, your group cruise space and cabin will be canceled. You may rebook at current pricing, subject to a new registration fee.
👥 Adding Passengers to a Booking: New travelers must register before being added to an existing booking.

📩 Cancellation Notices: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email. ✈️ Expenses Beyond Cruise Cancellation: EYESCREAM TRAVEL is not responsible for costs related to airfare, visas, vaccinations, clothing purchases, or any additional travel expenses. 🛡️ Travel Protection: Travel protection is optional but highly recommended to safeguard your trip investment.
