Cancellation Policy: Payment for the full amount of the registration fee is due at the time of registration. Cancellations received on or before March 1, 2021 are entitled to a full refund; there will be no refunds after this date.
Consent: I agree that in registering myself, students, and/or staff to attend the Virtual Teen Summit: Real Talk, Real Life that I will hold My Learning Partners, LLC, employees, volunteers, and any other persons assisting with any phase of such workshops harmless from any and all liability, claims, and responsibility for making such activities. I further release all of these parties from liability by reason of any accident or injury that might occur while at the workshop or participating in any such activities. I hereby agree to permit My Learnign Partners, LLC to use any form of photographs, motion pictures, and/or television pictures, and to reproduce, distribute, and disseminate such pictures or pictures in whatever manner they may require for the purpose of carrying out organization mission.
