This agreement is between Scholarship Solutions and the client, being executed on the date of this signed agreement.

Thank you for allowing us to assist with your scholarship/college research, planning, and application needs. We look forward to helping you further your goals to achieve a quality and affordable education. As promised, this letter will summarize the key points of our discussion and will serve as an official agreement about the nature of our working relationship.

Our role will be to locate information regarding colleges, careers, and/or scholarships. Specifically, we will help with merit-based scholarship applications and essays. These processes will occur in our monthly electronic meeting and correspondences. Each meeting may take at least one (1) hour to conduct. Also, we will include recommendations about ways to improve your overall scholarship and essay writing processes including personal referrals, websites, reference materials, scholarship opportunities and applications, and phone/email consolations. Finally, we will prepare a scholarship packet based on information collected in our one-on-one interviews which will include: One letter of recommendation request script/email, digital scholarship lists, monthly scholarships/essay writing workshops, and a scholarship thank you cover letter.

As agreed these activities will cost $799.00 per month billed automatically for grades 8th-10th and $999.00 per month billed automatically for grades 11th-Grad School, monthly, on the date in which you signed/paid. Clients are billed monthly via auto payment until Client decides to cancel.

We are available to you for digital/phone/text/email consultations, advocacy, advice, and essay editing.

At least two weeks are required for essay editing. There are no guarantees of grants or scholarship winnings, test score increases, or proposal/college/internship acceptances. Also, there are no refunds on products or services.

You agree to allow video and still photos to be taken during class/writing/consultation/scholarship/award/presentation sessions. The videos/photos will be used for educational and promotional purposes on social and standard media.

If these terms are acceptable, please sign the attached copy of this letter and return it to us. Please keep a signed copy for your records.
