    Student Policies & Procedures

    By enrolling in this training, you agree to honor the following policies and procedures:

    I (the above student) hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the yoga instructor program offered by TwistED Academy a part og Get TWISTED Yoga Co.

    I understand that the program involves intensive physical training, theoretical study, and practical teaching experience.

    I am aware that it is my sole responsibility to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols provided by the program coordinators and mentors.

    I acknowledge that while the program provides comprehensive training, it is not a guarantee of employment or certification as a yoga instructor.

    The successful completion of the program will depend on my dedication, effort, and ability to meet the required standards.

    I understand that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity and teaching yoga, including the risk of personal injury.

    I release TwistED Academy, its owners, instructors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or following the instructor program.

    I agree to practice yoga and teach yoga classes within the scope of my training and abilities, and to inform my students of any limitations or modifications that may be necessary for their safety.

    I will prioritize the well-being and comfort of my students and strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all.

    I understand that TwistED Academy may record or photograph the instructor program for promotional purposes, and I give my explicit consent to the use of my likeness in such materials without compensation.

    I have carefully read and understood this instructor program waiver, and by signing I voluntarily and undoubltly accept its terms and conditions set in this agreement. 

     

    Student Policy & Cancellation Policy

     

    1. Payments & Access:
    All tuition payments must be made on time according to your selected payment plan. If a payment is missed, your access to course materials and sessions will be paused until payment is received. If two consecutive payments are missed, you will be removed from the training program.

    2. Cancellations & Refunds:
    You may cancel your enrollment at any time; however, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    3. Commitment & Conduct:
    Students are expected to attend sessions, complete assignments, and participate respectfully within the community. Consistent engagement supports your growth and certification eligibility.

    4. Certification Eligibility:
    Completion of all modules, assignments, practicum hours, and payment in full are required to receive your 200-hour certification.

     

    Payment Plan Policy & Structure


    PAYMENT PLAN STRUCTURE
    Training Duration: 16 weeks
    Payment Frequency: Monthly 
    Payment Method: Invoice 

    Available Plans:

    Monthly Plan (4 payments)
    Payment #1: Due at enrollment
    Payment #2: 30 days after enrollment
    Payment #3: 60 days after enrollment
    Payment #4: 90 days after enrollment


    PAYMENT PLAN POLICIES

    1. Access Begins After First Payment
    Your first payment activates your enrollment.
    You will NOT receive access to training materials until the first payment is made.


    2. Missed Payments — Access Paused
    If a payment fails or is missed:

    Your course access will be immediately paused.
    You will not be able to attend live sessions, submit work, or access materials until the payment is completed.

    3. Two Missed Payments — Withdrawal
    If two payments are missed:

    You will be withdrawn from the training, as this is a live, paced program and you would fall too far behind to successfully complete the course.
    You may re-enroll in a future training at full tuition.

    4. No Refunds
    All payments are non-refundable once you have received access to the course or once class begins.
    This includes full payments and payment plan enrollments.
    This policy ensures fairness to all students and maintains program integrity.

    5. Completion Requirements
    Payment plan completion is required to:

    Graduate
    Receive your certificate
    Access alumni benefits
    Participate in teaching opportunities
