About The Event
For OVER 50 Years, The CHARLOTTE CBA BIKE SHOW & SWAP MEET has reigned as the oldest and biggest in NC!
At the Rowan County Fairgrounds, you'll find acres upon acres of biker-dream Swap Meet Shopping! Buildings filled with Leathers, parts, acessorries and everything you could want or need. Live music, all the time! Bike Shows, Contests & Games paying thousands in Cash!

torcyclists! We work toward this mission on two fronts, Legislation & Education. Our dedicated Instructors are out in communities right now, teaching car drivers "How to Watch OUT For Bikers" through Look Twice NC! And members across our state form relationships with legislators to create pro-rider legislation, like the "Red-Light" Law (one of many we've helped to enact). We will continue the proud legacy of our forefathers.

Important Information
ELIGIBILITY:
*All makes and models of motorcycle are eligible.
*Motorcycle must run and be ridden onto the stage
*Must be a bike built or maintained by the competing shop
*Bike does NOT have to be built for this competition
*Motorcycle can only win once
COMPETING SHOPS:
*Must have a store front and service department of some type, (i.e., mechanical, electrical, paint, audio or custom)
*Shops can win multiple times
*Motorcycle can only win once
PRE_REGISTRATION:
*Can be completed online through this form (which is also available on our website at www.charlottecba.org)
*Builder’s Cup PRE-REGISTRATION FEE IS $50
*Pre-Registration Deadline is 11/1/24 at Midnight
*Fee Includes 2(TWO) Admissions to Weekend-long, CBA Bike Swap Meet & Show

*Builder’s Cup Registration Fee is $65.00

BUILDER’S CUP TROPHY/AWARD DETAILS
*BUILDER’S CUP TROPHY IS APPROXIMATELY 4 FEET HIGH
*BUILDER’S CUP TROPHY WILL BE AWARDED TO 1ST PLACE WINNER, at 4:00 pm on 11/9/24
*NAME OF SHOP WILL BE ENGRAVED ON BASE OF TROPHY
*BUILDER’S CUP WILL REMAIN IN THE WINNING SHOP FOR ONE YEAR(*After which time, a plaque will remain in that shop, revealing that shop as winner of Builder's Cup)
WINNER OF BUILDER’S CUP IS INVITED TO PRESENT THE CUP TO THE NEXT WINNER (AT THE FALL CBA BIKE SHOW & SWAP MEET, THE 2ND WEEKEND IN NOVEMBER 2024)
Charlotte CBA BUILDERS CUP CHALLENGE, Deadline to PRE-Register is 11/1/24 (Midnight), and Registration ends on 11/9/24 at 12:00 Noon. Motorcycle Shops are responsible for setup and tear Down and transportation of Motorcycles. Any Shops who have not paid in full by deadlines, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
