How to See Santa: 

• Please check in at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. 
• Please be sure to print your tickets or bring your email confirmation to enable a quick check-in process at the admissions desk. NAAM membership will be verified upon arrival.
• Please note, that your start time is an approximation. Delays may be incurred to accommodate children who are having a shy time meeting Santa. Thank you for your patience! 
• Your photos print will be available immediately.
• Walk-ins will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will not guarantee an opportunity to visit with Santa for photos! You will be placed on a waiting list and asked to return at a certain time for the chance that additional space may become available.
• Service animls are welcome; please leave other animal family members at home.
