  • Reception (November 25) and Banquet (November 26)

    • Since the registration fee does not cover the reception/banquet, tickets must be purchased in advance to join them.
    • We are unable to provide special dietary accommodations for vegetarians, vegans, etc.
    • CANDAR registrants who have paid for speaker/non-speaker registration fee, or their accompanying person such as a spouse, parents, siblings, can purchase banquet tickets.
    • Co-authors of a paper are not considered accompanying persons. Co-authors who wish to attend the reception/banquet must register for CANDAR and purchase tickets as CANDAR registrants.

    Ticket Prices (Early-bird until October 30)

    • CANDAR registrant: 3,000JPY each
    • Accompanying person: 7,000JPY each

    Ticket Prices (Late registration until November 15)

    • CANDAR registrant: 5,000JPY each
    • Accompanying person: 9,000JPY each
