Speaker Registration

• Exactly one speaker registration is required for each accepted paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.
• Only one author needs to register as the speaker for each paper. Any additional authors attending the symposium should register as non-speakers.
• CANDAR Main Tracks/Workshops Registratoin Fee: 50,000JPY
• NCSS Workshop Registration Fee: 20,000JPY

Non-Speaker Registration

• Non-speaker registration fee must be paid to attend the symposium at the symposium site.
• Non-Speaker Registration fee: 15,000JPY
• On-site Non-Speaker Registration fee: 20,000JPY

How to Make a Payment

• To complete your registration, please make the payment for the registration fee via Square using major credit cards.
• Once your credit card payment is successfully processed, you will receive an emailed PDF receipt promptly.
• Please note that the receipt email may occasionally be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder. If you do not receive the receipt shortly after completing your payment, please check these folders as well.

Payer Information (optional)

Please provide the Payer Name and Payer Email if the registrant is not the payer. A payer must be a credit card holder for credit card payments. These fields are crucial for tracking the payer's payment. Please leave them blank if the speaker's credit card is used for credt card payment.
