Terms and Conditions (Please read carefully before filling up the form.)
1. Pricing & Nail Art Tiers
Our specialized Nail Art Tier System applies exclusively to Soft Gel Extension services. These rates are fully inclusive of the Soft Gel Extensions, Combi Manicure nail prep, and Full Nail Art Design:
- Tier 1 - ₱1,600
- Tier 2 - ₱1,850
- Tier 3 - ₱2,250 (Complex Nail Art & Multiple Techniques)
Note/s:
- For Advanced Hand Painted Designs - subject for quotation.
- For Builder Hard Gel Enhancements or Gel Manicures: If you are booking either of these services and wish to add nail art, please note that the tier system above does not apply. Instead, the base price of the service plus the regular, individual nail art rates from our standard services menu will be applied.
- Additional fees apply for the removal of old extensions or existing gel polish
2. Service Duration
Please note that a full set of Soft Gel Extensions with art is a meticulous process. Service hours will take at least 2.5 hours to 3.5 hours, depending entirely on the complexity of your chosen design. Kindly clear your schedule accordingly so we do not have to rush your masterpiece.
3. Booking, Security Deposit & Rescheduling
- Strictly By Appointment Only. No walk-ins allowed.
- No Security Deposit, No Booking. All appointments require a ₱350 security deposit to secure your slot. This deposit is deductible from your total bill but is strictly non-refundable.
- Builder Hard Gel Bookings: Please note that the ₱350 security deposit requirement also strictly applies if you are booking for a Builder Hard Gel Enhancement (with or without art) to lock in your schedule.
- Inspo & Payment Submission: You must upload your proof of payment along with your chosen Nail Inspo on our Jotform to finalize your booking.
- Rescheduling Policy: You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment one (1) time. Rescheduling is strictly permitted only if it is requested at least seven (7) days before your original scheduled appointment. Any requests made closer to the date (6 days or less) will not be allowed, and canceling will result in a forfeited security deposit.
- Final Design Rule: You may only submit one (1) final nail inspiration photo, and it is strictly not subject to change on the day of your appointment. This ensures we have prepared the correct materials and blocked out the necessary 2.5 to 3.5-hour slot for your set.
- Material & Execution Disclaimer: While we will always try our absolute best to perfectly recreate your design, some nail inspo may be slightly tweaked based on the availability of our materials.
4. Punctuality & Late Fees
Clients must arrive on time. We value your time and the time of all our clients. To help us stay on track with all our scheduled clients, a late fee is strictly implemented.
Late Fees:
10 – 30 mins = P 350
30mins up = Automatic cancellation of appointment and forfeiture of security deposit.
