6. Excellence in Clinical Practice Award NANT 15

Presented by: National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT)

During our national conference, NANT will honor one neonatal therapist for their significant contribution to clinical practice in the field of neonatal therapy. This nominee has excellent assessment and intervention skills, uses those skills to advance practice in the NICU, and is collaborative within the NICU team. If you know a therapist in the NICU that goes above and beyond, you may nominate yourself or colleague(s) – or both!

Nomination Criteria:

The nominee must be an Occupational Therapist, Physical
Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.

The nominee must be a current Member of NANT.
(Membership status does NOT need to be verified by
nominator before submitting. Verification of Membership
will be done by NANT once nomination received.)

The nominee must currently practice in the neonatal
intensive care unit (NICU).
