I hereby submit my application to renew my Provisional Membership with the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals ARIZONA Chapter. I agree to adhere to the high standards as outlined in the Mission Statement, Statement of Purpose, Bylaws and Code of Ethics.
Membership in NAPO (National) is required for NAPO-AZ (Chapter) membership. NAPO-AZ membership applications are processed upon confirmation of NAPO membership. Should your NAPO membership expire, NAPO-AZ membership will be suspended until NAPO membership is reinstated. NAPO-AZ does not provide refunds for the balance of suspended memberships.
