Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into between [Narcissa H. Nelson] (referred to as the "Coach") and [ First Name* Last Name* ] (referred to as the "Client") on this [ Date* ].

Services Rendered The Coach agrees to provide coaching services to the Client for a period of Unlimited (90) days, starting from the date of this Agreement. The coaching services will include:
One (1) initial Zoom session of (45) forty-five minutes for the purpose of discussing goals and establishing a coaching relationship.
The recording of the initial Zoom session will be provided to the Client for their reference.
Access to ongoing coaching sessions through Voxer Chat or Slack, with communication occurring between sessions to track progress, set goals, and provide support.
The Coach will provide guidance, insights, and resources to assist the Client in achieving the desired outcomes as mentioned in the description.
Fees and Payment, The Client agrees to pay a total fee of $2,500.00 USD for the Unlimited (90) days coaching program. The payment shall be made in full before the commencement of the coaching services. Payment can be made through [payment method options].
Refund Policy The Client acknowledges that the fee paid for the coaching services is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued once the payment is made. The Client understands and agrees that they are responsible for the full payment, regardless of the completion or utilization of the coaching services.
Client's Responsibilities The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching process, complete any assigned homework or tasks, and provide honest and accurate information to the Coach. The Client acknowledges that the coaching program's outcomes and results depend on their commitment and engagement.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the coaching relationship. The Coach will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without the Client's consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability The Coach's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. The Client agrees that the Coach shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the coaching services provided.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Augusta, GA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Augusta, GA.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract Agreement.
