Legal Disclaimer for the Mr. Ohio Leather Contest

By submitting an application to participate in the Mr. Ohio Leather Contest, you (the "Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Application Fee: Applicants must pay a fee of $25 to participate in the Mr. Ohio Leather Contest. This fee will be collected during the night of the contest.

Eligibility: The Applicant must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the Contest Handbook. Failure to comply with any of the Contest Handbook requirements may result in disqualification.

All contestants must:

Identify as male or male-presenting, in accordance with IML Rules & Requirements
Have not yet competed in IML
Be comfortable being referred to as Mr. Ohio Leather throughout their title year
Be at least 21 years of age as of October 9th, 2026
Be a resident of Ohio
Possess a valid government issued ID, such as a Driver’s License or passport, which contains your legal name and proof of age. This must be presented to the Executive Producer before the start of the contest
Disclose any felony convictions and obtain prior authorization to compete with pending approval from the Executive Producer
Abide by the rules and regulations outlined in the Contest Handbook and this Disclaimer

Each contestant is allowed one handler. This person must:
- Be at least 21 years of age as of October 9th, 2026.
- Possess a valid government issued ID, such as a Driver’s License or passport. This must be presented to the Executive Producer before the start of the contest

Disclosure Requirement: Applicants must disclose all relevant information as outlined in the Contest Handbook. Any material information not disclosed to the Executive Producer, including but not limited to any changes in eligibility, project details, or other significant aspects of the submission, may result in automatic disqualification from contest. It is the Applicant's responsibility to ensure timely and accurate disclosure to the Executive Producer.

Contest Rules and Regulations: The Applicant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations set forth in the Contest Handbook. The Executive Producer reserves the right to modify or amend the rules at any time, and the Applicant agrees to abide by any such amendments.

Rights and Ownership: By entering the Mr. Ohio Leather Contest, the Applicant grants the Contest Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their submission for marketing, promotional, and related purposes in connection with Nashty™.

Indemnity and Liability: The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nashty™, its affiliates, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Applicant's participation in the Mr. Ohio Leather Contest, including but not limited to any violation of these terms or the Contest Handbook.

Agreement to Terms: By submitting an application, the Applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the full terms and conditions of the Mr. Ohio Leather contest as outlined in the Contest Handbook and this disclaimer.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that failure to comply with the disclosure requirements outlined in the Contest Handbook may result in immediate disqualification from the Mr. Ohio Leather Contest.
