GBA Skills Lab Bookings

Glenorchy Basketball Association (GBA) is pleased & excited to open up the recently completed Claremont College Skills Lab to GBA members. The Skills Lab is a custom-built and designated GBA asset that is for the exclusive use of GBA members and the Claremont College community.

GBA is opening the facility to members initially within the current hours and times currently used for GBA team trainings and activities. The aim is to provide accessible and affordable options to GBA members for skill development.

The Skills Lab is available to book by GBA members. Bookings are based on priority of booking placement and time. Bookings for the GBA Skills Lab are processed and taken via placement of this form and submitted to GBA Bookings who will manage and confirm bookings as an interim measure whilst a more sophisticated booking application system is developed.

GBA Skills Lab Bookings:

• 30 minute sessions per registered user
• $15 per session inclusive of 4 people
• Maximum of 2 sessions per week (for equality) unless demand permits
• Additional $5 per person with a maximum limit of 8 people in facility
• Payment must be received 24 hours prior to session time.

Booking submission and acceptance - GBA members are responsible for reading and abiding by all Terms & Conditions (bottom of this form) as part of this user agreement for the benefit and equality of all GBA members.

Please outline your preference for booking Claremont College Skills Lab noting bookings are processed based on when booking request is received. 

• Payment for bookings is $15 per 30 minute session.
• A maximum of 2 sessions can be booked at a time (ie one hour session).
• Bookings are inclusive of 4 people - additional cost of $5 per person applies with a maximum limit of 8 people using the facility at one time.
• Payment for session must be processed 24 hours prior to session taking place and will be undertaken via PlayHq account.

Available booking times and days are available below - dates will be released for booking every fortnight.
