We are doing something different for Canopy 2025!
This year, we're going to the Priscilla Shirer's Going Beyond LIVE conference! Your registration includes the Conference and all the weekend’s activities!
Wives, please remember to book your own rooms using the booking link in the confirmation email.
Registration Fee:
Your $150 registration fee includes:
- Transportation to the convention center and back to the hotel
- Friday Reception Dinner
- Special Appearance by Priscilla Shirer
- Saturday Going Beyond Conference VIP Seating
- Saturday Box Lunch
- Saturday Dinner & Entertainment
- Your registration fee does NOT include Hotel Guest Room; book your lodging using the information below
Lodging:
Book your Guest Room for $179 per night (September 26-28) or find a roommate to split the cost (all rooms have 2 beds). If you would like for us to help pair you with another coach's wife who is seeking a roommate please let us know in the field at the bottom of this form. We look forward to seeing you for a fun weekend!

Registration Fee and Travel Scholarships: Please do not let finances keep you from attending this special weekend! If you are in need, there are scholarships available to assist you. We have funds set aside specifically to help with retreat attendance and/or travel, and would be honored to help any coach's wife that needs it. To request assistance, complete the registration form and choose the scholarship option for payment.
*If you would like to donate towards our Canopy Retreat Scholarship Fund to help another wife attend the weekend, please email nocwives@nationsofcoaches.com.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelling after Friday August 15, 2025 will be 100% nonrefundable.
