Most Governing Documents have specific rules regarding any improvements, construction or alterations to the buildings and structures.
If you live in a single-family home HOA, most modification regarding the exterior of your home will require the approval of the Committee or the Board. For most repair, replacement or modification inside your home, approval is not required. If you are unsure please contact our office.
If you live within a condominium building, improvements, construction or alterations inside your unit most likely require Board approval.
Requests for approval will be acted pursuant to the guidelines set forth within the rules or Governing Documents of your Association.
**Make sure to review your Governing Documents and rules prior to submitting a request**
**Improvements, construction, or alterations made without prior written approval may have to be changed.**
**If the request requires a permit from your City or County, you will be required to submit a copy of the permit with your request**
