Role of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors has the fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of the Association and the community-at-large. The Board is responsible for upholding and enforcing the Governing Documents, administering, maintaining, and repairing the common areas and facilities, approving the Annual Budget, establishing and collecting all assessments, supervising the overall architectural control, securing the appropriate levels of insurance, and contracting for all related services necessary to maintain common areas and facilities owned by the Association.
