All vendor payments will be processed in accordance with our standard payment terms, which operate on a net 30 basis. This means that payment for services rendered or goods delivered will be made within 30 days from the invoice date, which may be subject to additional Board Approval. By registering as a vendor and providing your services or products to the communities we manage, you agree to these payment terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
